The system actually "hears" the other side. Our system
actually can discern between an answering machine, a live person,
a fax number, a disconnected number, a busy signal, or an unanswered
call with 98% accuracy, the highest in the industry.
The system plays "voice-quality" messages. When a call
is placed and a message is left on an answering machine, the constituent
will not know that the call was automated.
Each call is logged and categorized. When calls are placed all of
the call results are logged. Therefore, we can then take that call
result category and choose a different way or time to make the next
contact. For instance, all of the busy signals or unanswered calls
can be called on a different time or day.
Recording studio - All of our clients are provided with voice mail
boxes to remotely record and review their messages. Each message
can be edited by our staff
