Our equipment is housed at secure telecomm sites. These sites provide many benefits to our customers:

Redundancy.
In case of a circuit failure, calls can be routed instantaneously through a different circuit.

Capacity.
We can currently place 700,000 calls per hour assuming a 30 second message.

Reliability.
We connect directly with telecomm switches. There is no reliance on phone lines.

Servers are located within a dual electrical grid with backup electrical transformers.
Uninterrupted power battery back up in the event of short-term power outages.
Diesel generator power back up for long term power reserve.

Every aspect of our organization has been created and developed to perform the most reliable service possible.

Telecomm connectivity. Due to the fact that we have different telecomm switches to locate our equipment, we have many levels of redundancy to make sure that
all calls are made.

Our proprietary software has been upgraded each year to work concurrently with the newest operating systems and telephony hardware. Our commitment is to constantly improve our operations to insure the most reliable service possible.

Redundancy of hardware. We have numerous servers available in case one should fail. Also, our staff members are specialists in hardware and software configuration and maintenance.
